


A 3-stage filtration process had to be specially developed to enable the MicroGasWash technology to effectively collect the impurities bonded by the reaction medium.
The primary and secondary elements filter more easily treated compounds and collect them in a separate tank for further treatment. The third element corresponds to a H12 filter and is generally changed 1-2 times/year depending on saturation.
The condensation filter shown above has a capacity of 10,000 m³/h, with 3 phases each with 4 filtration elements. The untreated gaseous phase enters the condensation filter bottom left and the treated air exits top right.
